  <Accordion title="Is a zToken a meme token?">
    Yes. Like any meme, its price is set by the people who trade it. The difference is where it starts: memecoins create communities around tokens, and zTokens create tokens around communities that already exist.

  <Accordion title="Who can create an activity market?">
    Today the Zaps platform creates every market, and zETH is the first. A chain, app, community or creator that wants a market for its own activity can talk to us. Read [A Market for Your Economy](/market-creation).

  <Accordion title="How are campaigns related to zTokens?">
    Campaigns are the reward layer. Before activity becomes a tradable market, it can already allocate capital: protocols fund outcomes, Zeru measures who produced them, and rewards follow verified contribution. Read [Campaigns](/campaigns).

    Clans measure a community by what it moves. Today they carry reputation, leaderboards and campaign economics. Tomorrow, eligible communities can get activity markets of their own. Read [Clans & Creators](/clans).

## Using Zaps [#using-zaps]

  <Accordion title="How do I get ready?">
    Open a Zaps account, verify X, and link the wallets you really use. Then do the market's activity for real: pay fees, pay interest, supply capital. Wash trades and trading the market's own token score nothing. Read [Your Account and Scores](/account).

    zETH registration opens Mon 26 Oct. Each later step is published on [How a zToken Launches](/market-lifecycle) as it goes live, and through [@zerufinance](https://x.com/zerufinance) and the official links below.

  <Accordion title="What is live today?">
    Identity, linked wallets, clans, Trader and Creator Scores, zaps, community signals, profiles, leaderboards, token activity, ecosystem views, and the zScore flow are live. Protocol campaigns are live too. The first campaign ran on Base and its trading window closed on 17 September 2026. zTokens are not live yet.

  <Accordion title="Do I need X?">
    You can start with a wallet and add X later. A verified X is required to lead a clan.

  <Accordion title="Will linked wallets be public?">
    An X identity keeps the mapping to linked wallets private. Public pages show derived scores and aggregate activity. With wallet-only login, that wallet is your chosen public identity. Unclaimed or provisional rows may show a shortened wallet address until a social identity claims them.

  <Accordion title="Does Zaps hold funds or execute trades?">
    No. Wallet linking is an ownership signature. Zaps reads activity and receives no authority to move assets.

  <Accordion title="Can I join more than one clan?">
    Yes. A campaign separately attributes you to the first clan you register with inside that campaign. If a private clan denies you, the held entry fee is returned.

  <Accordion title="Do I need to mint a zScore NFT?">
    No. The score preview and ordinary Zaps participation work without minting. The NFT is an optional owned artifact.

  <Accordion title="Can a protocol launch a campaign now?">

  <Accordion title="Can rewards be farmed?">
    Farming loses money on Zaps. Wash-shaped trading earns nothing, wallets funded from one source are filtered together, and sending a social signal costs zaps. The activity that pays is the activity that is real.

    Zaps does not need custody of user wallets. Wallet linking is an ownership signature. Zaps reads activity and receives no authority to move assets. In a campaign, claiming is your transaction, not our transfer. Zaps never holds your funds at any point.

    Joining Zaps costs nothing. Linking a wallet is a signature that costs nothing. You do not need $ZERU to join Zaps, link wallets, build a score, or join a clan.
